The Deck Wizard

1. Start New Deck Navigate to Pitch Decks and click + New Deck.

2. Select Offering Type Choose the structure that matches your deal:

   • Single Asset: For standalone property acquisitions.
   • Fund: For pooled investment vehicles.
   • Syndication: For deal-by-deal raises.

3. Choose Creation Method

   • AI Auto-Generate: Let the AI write the content based on your deal details.
   • Custom Content: Manually input your narrative (Investment Strategy, Market Opportunity, etc.).

4. Customize Style

   • Tone: Conservative, Professional, or Aggressive.
   • Design: Select a theme (e.g., "Modern", "Classic").
   • Density: Choose "Detailed" for dense slides or "Visual" for image-heavy slides.

Editing Your Deck

Once generated, you can refine the content.

• Edit Slides: Click on any text box to rewrite the copy.
• Swap Images: Upload your own property photos or generate new AI visuals.
• Export: Download as PDF or PPTX for distribution.
