Uploading Documents
You can upload static files (PDFs, Excel models) to any deal, loan, or contact.

Navigate to the Entity Go to the specific Deal, Loan, or Contact dashboard.

Select 'Documents' Tab Click on the Documents tab in the sub-navigation.

Upload File Click + Upload Document. Drag and drop your file and give it a Title (e.g., "PSA - 123 Main St").

Create a Template Go to Documents > Templates in the main menu. Upload your base PDF and drag-and-drop placehoders for:
- Signer Fields: Signature, Date, Initials.
- Merge Fields: Data that auto-populates (e.g.,
{{investor.name}},{{deal.title}}).

Generate Document From a Deal or Contact dashboard, click Generate from Template. Select your template, and the system will fill in the merge fields automatically.

Send for Signature Review the generated PDF. Add recipient email addresses for the signers (e.g., "Investor", "Sponsor").
Click Send. The recipients will receive a secure link to sign online.
