Generating Deal Analysis

Fund Flow's AI Assistant helps you write professional, data-driven investment descriptions in seconds.

Prerequisites

  • A Deal must be created with basic financial data (Purchase Price, Renovation Budget, ARV).
  • The AI Assistant feature must be enabled in your Organization Settings.

The Workflow

  1. Open Deal Description Navigate to the Description tab of any active deal.

  2. Generate Draft Click the ✨ Generate with AI button.

    The system uses your financial inputs (IRR, Equity Multiple, Term) to craft a narrative that highlights the strengths of the deal.

  3. Review and Edit The AI will produce a draft including:

    • Investment Summary: High-level overview.
    • Financial Highlights: Key metrics explained.
    • Location Analysis: Context based on the property address.

    You can edit any part of the text before saving.

  4. Regenerate (Optional) If the tone isn't right, you can click Regenerate and select a different style (e.g., "Conservative", "Aggressive", "Balanced").

  5. Save Once satisfied, click Apply to Deal to populate the description field, then Save Changes.
