Advanced Segmentation

Segments allow you to group contacts based on shared criteria, making it easier to send targeted emails and invitations.

Creating a Segment

  1. Go to Segments Navigate to CRM > Segments.

  2. Create New Click + Create Segment.

  3. Define Rules Choose your criteria. For example:

    • Tag is "VIP"
    • Total Invested is greater than $50,000
    • Location is "New York"
  4. Preview & Save The system will show you the Contact Count (e.g., "15 contacts match these rules"). Give your segment a name (e.g., "NYC VIPs") and click Save.

Static vs. Dynamic

  • Dynamic (Filter-based): Automatically updates. If a new contact meets the criteria (e.g., moves to NYC), they are added instantly.
  • Static (Manual): You manually select who belongs in the group. Great for one-off lists like "Event Attendees".
